My Doctor has said that I need to have
chemotherapy. What is this form of treatment?
Chemotherapy is the use of anti-cancer drugs given to destroy
cancer cells. There are different groups of anti-cancer drugs
that can be used. There are over 50 different cytotoxic
chemotherapy drugs. Some are given on their own, but often
several are given together.
