My blood pressure has been creeping up. When I took it at home on Sunday my average was 122/92. Went to the nurse today and best was 145/99. I am not keen on going on tablets for the remainder of my life and wondered if there are any herbal remedies that work?

I take BP pills for high BP and irregular heart beats (not fibrilation). At the Health Club they advise re jacuzze use - not if suffer from high BP. If BP is under control is it okay to use jacuzzi and steam room? They are good for circulation and asthma (back and knee replacement)!
